Field Trip to Washington Farms

We took our annual Green Acres Preschool field trip to Washington Farms in early October. This year was a little different. Chris and Daniel were not able to go. Chris was on a hunting trip out west and Daniel was at kindergarten. Mimi was in town for the week so she went with us. As you can see Sarah enjoyed her freedom this year. She was stroller bound on our last couple of trips to the strawberry/pumpkin patch. A trip to the farm is always very exciting. We enjoyed the petting zoo, picking pumpkins, a hayride, the water pumping station and pig races, an entertaining new addition this fall. We even got to see Miss Deanna Washington, our babysitter, feed the baby calf a BIG bottle of milk. Before leaving we had to take pictures by the "How tall this Fall" pumpkin sign. It is neat to see how much the kids have grown since last year. Kyle's first trip to Washington farms was four years ago. He was three months old. Where has the time gone?
